PLEASE NOTE: Your document must either be properly notarized by a Texas Notary, Or if your document is a recordable document, such as a Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage License, Divorce Decree, court filings, etc, you will need a Certified copy from the governmental agency that issued the document. A Notary cannot make a certified copy of recordable documents such as mentioned above. The Texas Secretary of State does not attach Apostilles or Authentications to previously issued Corporate documents, like Articles of Formation or Certificates of Fact. They must be ordered with the Apostilles or Authentications attached.

  • PLEASE NOTE, WHEN WE TAKE YOUR RETURN TO FEDEX, THE POST OFFICE OR *UPS* WE ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT AS PROOF OF RETRUN SHIPPING. *UPS* IF YOU PROVIDE A UPS LABEL YOU PURCHASED AT A UPS STORE, UPS WILL NOT GIVE US A RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF RETURN SINCE THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU THE ONLY RECEIPT POSSIBLE WHEN YOU PURCHASED IT.
