Please note the Texas Secretary of State only issues Apostilles for documents originating from Texas based government agencies, courts and Texas notaries. Texas recordable documents such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, court orders and filings, car titles are examples of common documents that require a certified copy to be authenticated.  They cannot be notarized. That being said we only Apostille Texas or Federal documents.

Documents on file at the Texas Secretary of State (such as Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Formation, Certificates of Amendment and Certificates of Fact) must be ordered certified with an Apostille attached. They do not attach Apostilles to previously issued corporate documents

The State of Texas has strict guidelines for the authentication (Apostille/Certificate) of documents. Please consult with the Secretary of State of Texas before submitting documents to Pro Courier Service.

**Please note, if your document(s) is rejected by the Secretary of State for certification for any reason, Pro Courier fees are non-refundable. Later trips for corrected documents are charged at the original rate.**

Please do not send extra documents that are not to be Apostilled or Authenticated.

Please make sure your documents are stapled in the order they belong before you send them to us.  Extra documents and un-stapled multipage documents can delay the processing of your job.
